We know that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is coming. The only question is, how much will the phone cost? Based on past releases, the FE models tend to run cheaper, But it seems that leaked pricing of the Galaxy S24 FE suggests that it might not be as cheap as we would have liked.
According to a report from SmartPrix in collaboration with OnLeaks, the pricing of the Galaxy S24 FE has been revealed. The base model is rumored to be priced starting at $649 for the 128GB model, and go up to $709 for the 256GB model. This is basically a $50 increase over the Galaxy S23 FE last year.
The jump isn’t particularly big, but like we said, the FE models are supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the flagship series. Going up to $649 could discourage some customers from purchasing it. Also, not to mention the fact that it is rumored to be powered by an Exynos chipset instead of Qualcomm makes matters worse.
In any case, it’s best to take this with a grain of salt for now. We still don’t have a date on when the phone will be released, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for an official launch.
