According to all the rumors we’ve been hearing, Samsung is expected to not make any major design changes to its Galaxy S25 series. This means save for some subtle changes here and there, the handset lineup is expected to look largely similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 series.
That seems to have been confirmed thanks to leaked images that have made their way online. In a post on X by Jukanlosreve, they shared alleged dummy units of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. From what we can tell, the design changes aren’t so readily apparent. There are some changes, but they are subtle.

This includes using more rounded corners versus the sharper, angular design of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Other than that, we’re not sure if there are any other changes to the design of the phone. Even the camera module placement and design are more or less identical to that of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Obviously there will be some changes under the hood. This includes the use of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. We’re not sure if Samsung will end up using an exclusive overclocked model as we’ve seen in the past, so we’ll have to wait and see.
The Galaxy S25 series is rumored to launch in January 2025. Recently we heard rumors that reservations could go live on the 5th of January, while the actual launch might take place later in the month. Take it with a grain of salt for now but hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
