That Surface Planets Wallpaper is epic. Definitely my fave of the bunch.
They are nice, but useless with Google Now launcher.
Why?
Good question. I’d think that logic would apply to all smart phone and tablet UI’s, since most of the screen is covered by icons and/or widgets. There’s not much of the background visible on mine.
Nova + root + gmd gesture control = icons are only visible on my phone when I open apps briefly using the launchpads. Otherwise it’s pure screen with no dock and occasional use of the app drawer.
Because Google Now Launcher doesn’t have “central” screen. It’s left-most part covered with Google now widget edge to edge, and the the number of screens to the right depends on your usage of icons and widgets. Since I don’t like placing all the icons on my homescreen, I only have two screens that only show like 25% of these beautiful wallpapers. I tried “Planets” one, since I prefer darker and blue.backgrounds.
#4 looks pretty good with Google now launcher
Here is my Wallpaper..I believe it is Space related..resolution is 1920×1200..I use for my AMOLED screen to conserve power.. and I like Gray scale photos

I’ve has this wallpaper for a while. Can’t rely tell it’s a space wallpaper because of the colors but it is.
Nice wallpaper. Perfect for my desktop PC too. 2560×1600 is gorgeous on my 30″ monitor. I can’t imagine what it would be like on a tiny 5″ screen, though. It sounds painful. (EDIT: Nope. The wallpaper is beautiful on my phone, too. Albeit not as easy to see the details.)
