Sprint customers wondering when they’ll finally be invited to the LG G3 party will love today’s news. The Now Network has announced July 18th availability for LG’s 2014 flagship, meaning there are only a short couple of weeks before you’re able to walk away with one for $0 down and $25 per month for 24 months (if you’re “well-qualified,” of course).

Don’t want to wait that long to secure an order? Pre-sales will begin July 11th. You’ll also be entitled to some rewards cards if you happen to buy your device through official Sprint channels, including their retail stores, website or over the phone within a few weeks’ time:

  • $150 Reward Card – purchase July 11 through July 24 and register by Aug. 7
  • $100 Reward Card – purchase July 25 through Aug. 14 and register by Aug. 28

Sprint’s version of the LG G3 is equipped with their Sprint Spark LTE radios to give you access to the company’s faster and more reliable data network, though it should be pretty much the same as the phone we reviewed not long ago. Highlights of the LG G3 include a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 display, Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel OIS camera with laser-assisted autofocus and more. Let us know if you’ll be picking one of these up when they finally land.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. So they will only offer the 2GB/16GB version or will they offer the rumored 2GB/32GB version T-Mo is going to have?

    1. T-Mobile is 3/32, they changed it on the website.
The Sprint one should also be 3/32 as they priced similarly.

      1. I hope you’re right. Only thing that doesn’t provide much hope is Sprint’s Note 3 was higher priced than other carriers, but had the same exact specs. Either way, the G3 won’t be purchased as my primary phone, but still would be disappointing.

  2. So where is the AT&T’s release date!!?!? I need one right nowwwwwwwwwww~~~~!!!!
I just found out the pre-registered page on at&t is missing now. I hope that means they will announce a release date soon..

  3. Verizon wireless needs to get their 3gb RAM / 32gb Storage G3 needs to get her on the quick.

  4. Hey @quentyn:disqus , Can you tell us where you are getting the 2 gb ram spec on the Sprint? Thanks!

    1. Here’s something that will help you. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2791269

I do remember seeing that sprint might have a 3gb variant, but that may have been wishful thinking. Sprint tends to make rather annoying changes to their handsets like that.

    2. 3/32 confirmed.

Yay, that makes me very happy. I was gonna get this anyway, so this is just a good beer with my steak.

  5. So since presumably many more people buy the lower storage option on phones to save around $100, LG is now tying the amount of ram you get to the phone storage to try to force more people to buy the more expensive phone and justify the major price increase? That’s not cool at all LG

    1. Ya this was my thought as well. Pretty messed up.

    2. i have no problem with it. What i would have liked is if the 2gb/lower storage option also came with a 1080p display.

  6. YESSSS

  7. And what are you doing att!!! When will you have this in the stores?

  8. also I remember reading before that sprint was the only US carrier with the gold version? I’m leaving sprint to give t-mo a whirl, at least I’ll get the phone a couple days earlier

  9. It’s either this or the Note 4. I do know that I’m leaving Sprint. Going to T Mobile or AT&T.

  10. And att..

  11. Due for an upgrade on Sprint. I have the original Optimus G and have been very happy with it with the exception of it still being on 4.1.1. This lack of updates really has me second guessing if I want another LG phone or a Smartwatch from them.

  12. I believe Sprint will be offering the higher spec’d version for $600 outright which is unbelievable when in Australia the 2GB version will apparently sell for $799. One Aussie dollar buys 94 US cents.
    What the f….??
