OnLeaks is at it again with another pre-release render of an upcoming smartphone. This time it’s the 2015 Moto G, and while the tipster warns us that the renders are made to specification for a case manufacturer (meaning it’s not an official retail render of the device), he suggests this does look close to the real deal.
So what are we getting a look at here? Not much that we haven’t already seen out of a Motorola smartphone in the past couple of years, including that signature dimple on the back. It has the company’s familiar shape and curves, albeit at a bit thicker form factor (which could just be the result of a rough reference render more than a design issue).
Other than that, it looks like a Moto G, and when it’s official it should also look very attractive to your wallet. Rumored specs include a 5-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 410 chipset, a 13 megapixel camera, 5 megapixel front camera, 8GB of internal storage w/ microSD and 1GB of RAM. Let’s hope it doesn’t take Motorola long to take the wraps off this thing.
