Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Note 4 are getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow

0

Sprint Note users will wake up in a good mood after seeing this news: the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 5 both seem to be receiving upgrades to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The upgrades for both phones are over 1GB in size, so you’ll want to find yourself a WiFi hotspot to hook up to before trying to take it down.

Galaxy Note 5 users are looking for a version that ends in PC3, while Galaxy Note 4 users are looking for PC1. Sprint seems to be doing the rollouts in phases, with everyone expected to have the goods by April 8th.

You can stay on the lookout for a notification to get upgraded, but it’s always worth heading to the settings menu to check for yourself if you haven’t seen the upgrade yet. Let us know how you’re liking it when and if you’re able to pull it down.
