Although the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is likely the more popular smartwatch overall, the Galaxy Watch 3 is a more professional-looking smartwatch with all of the same features. There’s enough battery to last you for more than a day or two, along with plenty of fitness tracking features so you can hit the gym without needing to find a separate fitness tracker for that.
This is a pretty steep drop-off in pricing for the Galaxy Watch 3, which only leads to speculation that we could be nearing the launch of the rumored Galaxy Watch 4. Rumors suggest that Samsung will be releasing two Galaxy Watch 4 models and two Watch Active 4 models. But perhaps the most exciting aspect is the fact that Samsung could be making the switch from Tizen OS to Wear OS for its next series of smartwatches.
