I’m sure our regulars have already heard by now: there was a porn button on the Galaxy Tab. The button’s label was actually a shortened version of the word “Pornire” which we understand is another way to say “Start” in Romanian, but the unfortunate truncation that led to our ridiculous report has been fixed up by Samsung. It’s now labeled “Acasa,” the proper term for “Home” in Romanian. What a short-lived story, but it was fun while it lasted. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Awwww……..
Awww…so this is how we get Samsung to fix things. Any chance we can make them beleive 2.1 on the Galaxy S line has bestiality pron hidden in it and the only fix is 2.2?
@steven. Ha! Touch’e sir.
Aww man, here I was all stoked to go buy one. Guess I’ll have to stick to the porn button on my PC.
I still think this was done “accidentally on purpose”. I know a few Romanians(not in the US, in Romania) and they all speak English. Obviously, not all Romanians speak English, but there are so many who do. That coupled with the fact that they used the word for ‘start’ under an icon that almost anyone on the planet would recognize as a ‘home’, and I think it was to bring attention to the product; to that, I say “well played”.
To Steve I say “very well said!”
They seriously need to charge their battery!
Now I’m not buying it!
I usually script my start button to go directly to porn anyway. Saves time.
ROTFLMAO!
This story cracked me up more than the original one.
@Mickey Jones
you are stupid!!
@Steven Skwarkowski ..Nope, that would not work on Samsung.
lol he explained it in the article what it really was
