With the new year only a few days away, we’ve been getting rumors and news of all sorts concerning upcoming devices and launch dates. As such, it seems that one of the first smartphones to land in 2023 will be OnePlus’ new flagship handset, the OnePlus 11.
More specifically, the OnePlus 11 is tipped to arrive on January 4 via an online event, according to teasers found on Chinese social networking site Weibo. As expected, not much information regarding the device itself is given, as the full specs sheet will be unveiled during the event itself.
A while back, a few renders showing off the phone’s design made their rounds online, which features a rounded camera module on the phone’s rear panel, an alert slider (a feature which has not been seen on OnePlus phones for a while), as well as black and green color variants.
In terms of hardware, it’s expected that the phone will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel complete with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, alongside 12GB of storage and 16GB of RAM (with a 256GB/512GB variant), as well as a camera set-up with 50MP + 48MP + 32MP lenses, and a 16MP selfie camera.
With that said, OnePlus fans can expect more detailed information once the phone is officially released.
