WhatsApp is a popular messenger app that millions of people around the world use on a daily basis. Many also use it to send media files like photos and videos to friends, family, and colleagues. But if there is one limitation to WhatsApp, it is that there is a limit on how many media files can be sent at once.
The previous limit was set at 30, meaning that users could only send 30 media files at once, presumably to prevent spam. For the most part this is more than enough for most users, but if you always felt that it was kind of limiting, then you’re in luck.
This is according to a report from WABetaInfo where they revealed that in the latest version of WhatsApp, the app has been updated where it will now let users send up to 100 files at once. This is quite a significant jump over the previous limitation at 30, so if you’re the type that sends a lot of photos and videos at once for work or for personal use, then this will make it easier.
While it’s not a life-changing update, like we said, it will make the process easier because it means that you’ll have to repeat the process less. This is perfect if you’re sharing photos and videos from a trip and want to send a lot of media files at once. This update should already be live so make sure your version of WhatsApp is updated to the latest version and you should be good to go.
