It’s always refreshing to see a major device manufacturer announce new updates for its handsets, especially in a day and age where software prowess plays an even bigger role in consumer technology’s ever-evolving landscape. As such, a new update has been spotted for several Nokia devices, which interestingly includes one of the brand’s “feature” phones.
As spotted by the team over at Nokiamob, the keypad-equipped Nokia 225 managed to get a firmware update with version number V19.00.17.01, weighing in at 40MB. Of course, several Nokia Android phones were also given new software patches, which come with the June Android 13 build. The updates also come with security and stability fixes, and are listed below:
- Nokia C32, June software patch (V1.230, 236 MB)
- Nokia C22, June software patch (V1.250, 221 MB)
- Nokia X20, June software patch (V3.500, 104 MB)
- Nokia XR21, June software patch (78 MB)
If you own any of the Android devices above and want to know if the update is available, simply head over to your Settings app, go into “System,” and tap on “System Update” to prompt your device to scan for any available software downloads.
