Nothing’s decision to go all see-through with its device lineup has undoubtedly sparked a fire amongst its contemporaries, and it’s no surprise that other smartphone OEMs have decided to join in on the transparent handset design trend, like the Unihertz Luna.
The most recent company to hop on the bandwagon though is Infinix – known for its budget-friendly Android phones, it looks like the brand is working on releasing a smartphone that features a transparent rear panel, at least according to a source on the internet.
A post on Chinese social networking site Weibo shows a couple of images of the yet-to-be-released Infinix GT 10 Pro and GT 10 Pro Plus, the latter of which features a see-through back panel similar to the Nothing Phone 2 and Nothing Phone 1, albeit with an industrial design look to it.
Based on the screenshots, it looks like the Nothing Phone competitor will feature a Dimensity 8050 chipset, Android 13, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, a display with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution, a 108MP main camera and 32MP front camera, as well as a 5,000 mAh battery inside. There’s no word yet on pricing or availability, at least for the time being.
