Logitech’s reputation for providing good-quality productivity hardware and software knows no bounds, and the brand’s newest MX Brio webcam is a great example of this. Available in two variants – the MX Brio and MX Brio 705 for Business – Logitech’s latest webcam packs some impressive features geared towards productivity.
The webcam features support for Ultra HD 4K resolution, as well as an advanced webcam sensor that comes with 70 percent larger pixels than the slightly older Brio 4K. There’s also AI-enhancement onboard, which Logitech says can enhance image quality using auto light correction, face-based image enhancement, and video with improved face visibility and finer image details.
The webcam also comes with customization options including manual adjustments for exposure, tint, vibrance, field of view and more via Logi Options+, Logi Tune, and G HUB software. There’s also “Show Mode” that makes it easier for users to share sketches or other physical objects on their desks by simply tilting the webcam.
For audio, the MX Brio has a pair of built-in beamforming mics for reduced background noise. For the MX Brio 705, there’s also an included “RightSight” autoframing feature, which detects and centers on the speaker even as they move around, can be enabled through Logi Tune for enterprise customers with MX Brio 705.
The MX Brio will be available in Graphite and Pale Grey color options via www.logitech.com and other global retailers for a recommended retail price of $199.99 in North America and €229 in Europe. Meanwhile, the MX Brio 705 is available in Graphite via Logitech authorized resellers for $199.99.
