You Might Want to Check your Pixel Watch for Google’s Latest Feature Drop!

Alongside the arrival of Android 15, Google announced that it was bringing over some useful updates for Pixel Watch owners, which add some nifty features for the company’s flagship wearable device.

Users can now get to their favorite contacts using the new Individual Contact Tile, which is available on all Pixel Watch generation models. Users can select a specific contact that will be displayed on their watch face, and can instantly call or send them a message with a simple tap.

Additionally, folks can now send and view certain emoji reactions to Gmail notifications directly via their Pixel Watch, giving a whole new “chat” vibe to otherwise cumbersome emails. For Pixel Watch 3 users in Belgium, Italy and Spain, Google is also rolling out the loss of pulse detection which can identify when a user’s heart stops beating.

Pixel Watch users can check for the update by heading into their Settings app, head on over to System and then tap on System Updates.
